About the Role:
  • Position: Office Administrator
  • Employment Type: Casual (flexible hours)
  • Location: Warana
  • Start Date: Negotiable
  • Pay: Competitive hourly rate based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
  • General office admin and support for day-to-day operations
  • Creating, maintaining, and analysing spreadsheets (Excel is your happy place)
  • Data entry, document management, and filing
  • Assisting with invoicing, reports, and scheduling
  • Answering phones and emails professionally
  • Supporting team members with administrative tasks as required
What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Advanced Excel skills – confident with formulas, using macros, pivot tables, and data manipulation
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent time management
  • Great communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Experience with MYOB is a plus
