ABOUT THE ROLE

We are recruiting for the position of Project Manager for our M-Elec business, based at our office in Warana on the Sunshine Coast. This is a full-time role and reports to the Business Manager.

As part of your day-to-day you will:

· Support the State Manager with management of the local office.

· Provide pre- and post-sales service to the company's customer base.

· Process sales orders.

· Assist with quotations and assist with the preparation of tenders.

· Liaise with customers for goods return requests and short or incorrect supplies and prepare associated documentation.

· Support the company's external Sales Representatives.

· Ensure that all company policies and procedures are adhered to.

ABOUT YOU

· A minimum of 4-5 years' experience as an Office Manager in a dynamic customer service environment, with fast and accurate data entry skills.

· Strong attention to detail.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Strong computer knowledge, including all Microsoft Office applications and in particular Excel.

· Ability to prioritise tasks and time manage, maintaining composure in a fast-paced customer service environment.

· Enthusiastic, self-motivated with a "can do" attitude.

· Experience in preparation of quotations would be desirable.

· A background in the wholesale supply industry and/or an electrical trade qualification would be advantageous.
