We are seeking a Trainee Project Co-ordinator to join our growing team.

This is a dynamic role that will give you exposure to the full project lifecycle — from tendering and estimating to project administration and delivery of small and large electrical projects. You will be working closely with senior estimators and project managers, learning industry best practices while contributing to real outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with cost estimating and tender preparation for civil and commercial projects.
• Coordinating and following up with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing.
• Preparing and maintaining project documentation and schedules.
• Handling general office and administrative tasks including phone calls, emails, and filing.
• Communicating directly with clients, suppliers, and team members to support project delivery.
• Assisting with target tracking & measuring profitability, progress reporting, invoicing, and data entry.

No experience required, just a good attitude & good IT skills.

Salary is negotiable based on experience. Our office is based on the Sunshine Coast, QLD. No work from home or remote work.
