**About the Role**

As an **Internal Sales Representative**, you will play a **critical role in supporting our customers** by handling inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring seamless communication between teams. This is an **in-house role**, perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of **administrative work and customer interaction** without the pressure of external sales.

**Your Key Responsibilities**
- **Order Processing**: Accurately prepare quotes and process sales orders with attention to detail.
- **Product Support**: Offer expert product advice and guidance to help customers find the right solutions.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the external sales team, assisting with lead follow-ups and customer requests.
- **Record-Keeping**: Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in the CRM system.
- **Problem-Solving**: Proactively resolve customer concerns and ensure a hassle-free experience.

**About You**
- Strong **customer service experience** with a passion for helping people.
- Excellent **attention to detail and accuracy** in administrative tasks.
- Confident communicator who enjoys **building relationships** with customers and team members.
- **Organized and proactive**, able to juggle multiple tasks in a busy environment.
- Comfortable using **CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite**.
- Previous experience in **internal sales, administration, or customer support** is highly regarded.
