You will come with fashion and E-Comm experience, Fast Fashion would be advantageous, either way you are confident in your creative skill and can add value quickly with your creative flair.

Since our humble days in Darlinghurst, Sydney, to our newly acquired location in California, we supply shoppers around the world with over 100 new designs a week and we are not stopping there.
Hello Molly sells in more than 100 countries and counting, across Europe, the Americas, Asia as well as Africa. We have landed on the radars of world-renowned It-girls, models, influencers and most importantly, our loyal and repeat customers.
Role Responsibilities:
Design Conception & Delivery
- You are on trend and execute design briefs with ease
- You will design and execute digital assets and marketing collateral (such as EDMs, social tiles, look books and banners) within deadlines
- Working closely with the Creative Manager on creating brand visual guidelines, you help set the tone for Hello Molly Design
- You are on top of seasonal sale campaigns and have ideas to ensure success
- You collaborate with your team and present designs each week, giving options and ideas to your team on best approaches
- Create and edit video content
- Photo retouching as needed - we are not perfect but we love our photo's to be
- You are an graphic design fountain of knowledge and come with passion and confidence in presenting a number of marketing collateral ideas each week
- Analyze competitor and aspirational brand graphics
About You:
- You have a strong background in the fashion industry - this is a must for our Graphic Design team members
- You are an experienced creative Graphic Designer who knows how to make brands and products POP and people tick
- You are adaptable, work well to deadlines and feel at ease managing a number of priorities and multitasking
- You are a natural mentor and take pride in lifting up the people around you
- An expert in your field, you have shaped and steered Graphic design and have a proven track record in adding your creative flair
- Your portfolio speaks volumes and demonstrates your creative ability
- An excellent communicator, you are open, positive, approachable and supportive
- Operate with a customer centric focus, and you are constantly developing solutions with Hello Molly's customers' needs at the forefront of your mind while balancing company interests
- Demonstrate on-brand thinking throughout your work and interactions with others
Applicant must haves:
- 2 to 5+ years Graphic Design and fashion industry experience preferred
- Strong creative eye and keen interest in fashion
- Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with digital and print media, packaging concept to execution
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team
- Effective time management & punctuation of deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Extremely high attention to detail
- An inquisitive mind, a can-do attitude and approachable personality are a must

Our team of Graphic Designers play an integral role in the success of our brand, this is an urgent, full-time position. Hybrid schedules are available after a successful probation 5 days a week at our Alexandria HQ.
Candidates who are available to start immediately would be preferred, however, finding a suitable candidate is just as important.
