About the role

We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join our team at Summersime Designs Pty Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and on-brand designs for our range of apparel products and logos for our brand "hookd on eyre".

Our inspiration being the stunning coastline and national parks of the "Eyre Peninsula" South Australia.

What you'll be doing

  • Conceptualise and design original graphics, patterns, and artwork for t-shirts, hoodies, and other apparel items
  • Translate the company's brand identity into compelling visual designs
  • Prepare design files for production and ensure designs are print-ready
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and techniques in the apparel industry
  • Advertising

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of professional experience as a graphic designer, preferably within the apparel or fashion industry
  • Must have Australian work authorisation to be eligible for this position
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your graphic design skills and experience with apparel design
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
  • Excellent eye for colour, typography, and composition
  • Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
