Dimeo Cleaning Services is seeking an experienced Junior Graphic Designer to join our fast-growing Sales & Marketing team. In this role, you'll play a key part in shaping the look and feel of our business collateral and high-impact submissions, working closely with a dynamic and high-performing Sales Team.

Opportunity:

  • Collaborate with a talented team of Designers, Bid Writers, and Estimators to deliver standout submissions.
  • Apply your creativity and problem-solving skills to transform data into accessible, engaging visuals.
  • Contribute to concept development and elevate our brand impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design submission documents, infographics, and collateral that communicate key business messages – often within tight deadlines.
  • Manage and maintain our central graphics library to support efficient production.
  • Ensure all designs meet brand, accessibility, and file structure guidelines.
  • Produce innovative reports and collateral within Canva.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Graphic Design or similar, with at least 1+ years' industry experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, OneDrive).
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro).
  • Familiarity with Canva (advantageous but not essential).
  • Proactive, detail-focused, and comfortable juggling multiple deadlines.
  • A creative thinker with a strong eye for design and a willingness to learn and grow.
