We are now seeking a Operations/Team Manager to join this elite team. A highly capable professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values precision and professionalism, and takes pride in being the operational backbone to a high-volume real estate business.
Position Overview:
As the Team Manager for Team Nayak, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the success of a top-tier sales team. You'll oversee all administrative and marketing functions, manage listing and sales processes end-to-end, and ensure an exceptional experience for every client. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the listing-to-settlement process for all properties, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and attention to detail.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns, including booking photography, signboards, copywriting, and online uploads.
- Prepare, proof, and manage agency agreements, contracts, and key documentation.
- Act as the first point of contact for clients, delivering a calm, professional, and solutions-focused service.
- Liaise with solicitors, trades, and service providers to ensure smooth and timely progress of campaigns.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accuracy, ensuring timely follow-ups and reminders.
- Support team members with diary management, meeting prep, and ad hoc tasks as needed.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate administration or a similar client services role.
- Strong understanding of listing and sales processes in NSW residential property.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail, especially when handling contracts and compliance documents.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive and confident, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with real estate systems such as AgentBox, REA, and RP Data.
