in the heart of Parramatta. As part of a growing company, we're seeking an
Operations Assistant
to oversee Guest Relations, Quality Control, Apartment Operations, and oversee the Housekeeping team.

About the Role:

As the Operations Assistant, you will be responsible for the effective day-to-day operations of our serviced apartments in Parramatta. Reporting directly to the business owner, you'll enjoy autonomy in managing key aspects of the business, with the support of a small team. This role offers a varied and interesting work environment with plenty of room for growth as the business expands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth check-in process
  • Coordinate and manage maintenance issues, liaising with tradespeople where necessary
  • Attend to guest needs promptly and professionally
  • Supervise and assist the housekeeping team on Mondays and Tuesdays - the third day is flexible
  • Conduct inspections of apartments to ensure quality control

About You:

  • Previous experience in hospitality (Front-of-house, Reservations, Operations etc) or even the Travel/Recruitment/Real Estate industry
  • Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, relaxed demeanour
  • A positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
  • Ability to work across a booking system, emails, marketing etc
  • Driver's licence and own car are essential – travel reimbursed for multi sites

As this industry is so transient and check ins/outs of our corporate apartments can be any day, this role requires a considerable amount of flexibility, with some adhoc weekend work, but not essential as Monday-Friday is the busiest time.
