About the Role

This is a part-time (0.5 FTE) contract role until 31 December 2026, based at our Croydon Park office.

The role supports NovitaTech's rental operations by ensuring smooth coordination, customer service, and system efficiency.

• Assist with planning and executing rental processes across the business
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to manage deliveries, collections, and repairs
• Ensure accurate documentation, contract management, and stock quality control
• Contribute to continuous improvement and support retail operations when needed

NovitaTech are involved in a pilot program regarding refurbishment of second-hand equipment. The successful candidate will work closely with the project team to carry out the administrative functions of this pilot

Knowledge, skills and experience

• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Confident using ERP systems (Business Central preferred) and Microsoft Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Understanding of assistive technology and the disability sector
• Ability to manage competing priorities and solve problems proactively

Education and Qualifications

• NDIS Worker Clearance
• Working With Children Check (WWCC)
• Current Driver's Licence
