**About the Role**

Our Cat Rental Store is a specialist provider of premium quality rental products and services to South Australian construction, civil, industrial, mining, government and building customers. Currently, there is an opportunity for a highly motivated and customer focused Rental Coordinator to join our existing team based at Regency Park. Reporting to the Manager Rental Operations, this role is responsible for;
- Ensuring compliance with all Workplace Health and Safety requirements
- Coordinating large scale day-to-day rental activities
- Providing operational and sales support to internal and external customers, including the provision of accurate product information to customers
- Negotiating and preparing rental agreements
- Effectively controlling sub contract transport operators
- Customer service via telephone and face-to-face
- Additional administrative duties, as required

**Skills**

To achieve results, you will need to bring your experience to the fore. This includes:

- Current and unrestricted drivers licence essential
- Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and oral
- Demonstrated organisation skills and a high level of attention to detail
- Competent in the use of the Microsoft Office suite particularly Excel and Word
