We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Car Rental Sales Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering positive relationships with customers, selling rental services, and ensuring the highest standards of vehicle cleanliness and maintenance. This role combines sales responsibilities with essential vehicle operations duties, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable rental experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Customer Service:
  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Provide detailed information about rental vehicles, pricing options, and available services.
  • Process rental agreements and related transactions in an efficient manner.
  • Actively promote special offers and upsell additional services (insurance, GPS, etc.) to maximize sales.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and resolve any rental issues as they arise.
