About the Role
Are you a strategic leader with a passion for delivering high-impact regulatory services and driving transformation?
As Director, Rental and Financial Services, you'll lead a diverse portfolio of regulatory and financial programs that underpin the integrity of NSW's rental market. You'll oversee complex digital platforms, manage high-value financial operations, and drive strategic transformation across customer-facing services.
Your leadership will be critical in strengthening governance, enhancing service delivery, and shaping the future of rental regulation in NSW.
Key priorities include:
- Leading transformation of essential regulatory services and digital platforms
- Overseeing governance of grants, funds, and statutory entities
- Driving system upgrades and vendor partnerships to improve customer outcomes
- Providing strategic advice on rental market trends and reform opportunities
- Building a high-performing, customer-focused team
Key Challenges
- Leading complex financial and regulatory operations during a period of transformation.
- Strengthening governance and risk controls in a dynamic and high-volume environment.
- Navigating legislative and industry changes while managing sensitive and complex matters.

You're a strategic and visionary leader with a strong background in regulatory or financial services. You thrive in complex, high-volume environments and bring deep expertise in governance, digital transformation, and stakeholder engagement.
