Events Receptionist

Do you love being the friendly face that makes every event unforgettable?

We are looking for a warm, organised, and proactive Events Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our guests and clients. This is a dynamic, hands-on role, suitable for someone eager to learn the business, and progressively develop an understanding of how we operate.

The Role:

  • Greet guests with a warm smile and ensure every visitor feels welcome
  • Answer and manage phone calls, emails, and general enquiries professionally
  • Provide exceptional customer service, acting as the friendly face of our organisation
  • Assist with administrative and event support tasks to keep daily operations running smoothly
  • Coordinate with event and operations teams to ensure seamless event delivery
  • Assist in driving event sales by following up on leads, nurturing client relationships, and supporting the sales team
  • Flexible schedule required, including working one weekend day per week

About You:

  • Previous experience in reception, hospitality, or customer service.
  • A vibrant, outgoing personality with a passion for creativity and exceptional client experiences
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Organised, proactive, and able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional, friendly, and confident in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organised with attention to detail
