Your new company

This established and growing global financial services company is well reputed for delivering high-quality services across a diverse range of categories. With a strong focus on innovation, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence, the business is continuing an exciting phase of growth and transformation. This role will suit an experienced Receptionist or Front of House who is people-focused and enjoys working in a fast paced environment.

Your new role

  • Greeting clients and guests with warmth and professionalism
  • Managing incoming calls, emails, deliveries, and couriers
  • Ensuring meeting rooms and common spaces are well kept and fully stocked
  • Assisting senior stakeholders with setting up meeting rooms and video conferences for meetings
  • Supporting company-wide and high profile client events
  • Liaising with building management and coordinating repairs or access as required

Your experience

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a corporate receptionist
  • Immaculate and polished corporate presentation
  • Exceptional communication skills and previous experience liaising with senior stakeholders
  • High attention to detail and strong time management skills
  • Must be available to work full time in the office
