Be the Face of the Bulldogs
We're seeking a proactive and professional Receptionist to be the heartbeat of our club's daily operations. This pivotal role is the first point of contact for members, fans, sponsors, and partners – you'll be the voice and face that shapes every interaction with the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs.
The Opportunity
This isn't your traditional reception role. As our Receptionist, you'll take ownership of creating exceptional experiences while orchestrating seamless operations across our Belmore headquarters. You'll be a trusted resource for the entire organisation – someone who knows the pulse of the club and can expertly navigate any inquiry or challenge that comes through our doors.
What You'll Own
- Champion our front of house operations – greeting members, fans, sponsors, and VIP guests while managing all incoming calls and emails with warmth and professionalism
- Be the club's knowledge hub – maintaining comprehensive understanding of upcoming games, events, and initiatives to expertly deal with inquiries and direct them to the right teams if required
- Coordinate facilities and contractors – managing all on-site contractors, maintenance schedules, and ensuring our workplace reflects the professional standards of a premier NRL/NRLW club
- Drive workplace excellence – maintaining pristine reception areas, meeting rooms, and common spaces while proactively managing supplies, equipment, and resources
- Take initiative in problem-solving – identifying opportunities to improve processes and implementing solutions that enhance stakeholder experiences

Most importantly, you're someone who sees beyond tasks to understand impact – you don't just answer phones, you create connections; you don't just book meeting rooms, you facilitate success.
You'll Bring
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a professional reception, customer service, or operations role
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong initiative
- Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
- Professional presentation and genuine warmth
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Current Working with Children Check (Employer) (or willingness to obtain)
Bonus Points For
- Experience in sports, entertainment, or hospitality environments
- Knowledge of rugby league
- Facilities or workplace management experience
