Description

You'll be required to:

  • Manage the end-to-end contract administration process, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
  • Provide expert advice on contract terms and conditions to internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts with clients and suppliers.
  • Monitor contract performance and manage any required amendments or variations.
  • Ensure all contract documentation is accurately maintained and up to date.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of contractual obligations.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with contracts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.

Profile

A successful Senior Contracts Administrator should have:

  • 10+ year's experience in contract administration or a similar role.
  • Proven experience in project-based contract and financial administration on major building developments.
  • Deep expertise in contract management.
  • Ability to work independently, resolve contractual issues with confidence, and ensure successful outcomes.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in using contract management software and tools.
  • Exceptional communication abilities.
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach to challenges.
