About the Role:

Talent Web is proud to exclusively partner with a large RSL Club, located in South West Sydney, who are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and compliance across a diverse portfolio of clubs, gyms, and commercial sites.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the hard & soft services Facilities Management function across multiple sites
  • Oversee contractor management, tenders, service agreements, and compliance
  • Deliver reactive and preventative maintenance programs
  • Support capital works, audits, and facility upgrades
  • Ensure WHS, fire safety, AFSS, and hazard management requirements are met
  • Prepare reports, budgets, and drive cost efficiencies

Requirements:

  • Background in retail or hospitality facilities management across hard & soft service FM
  • Proven experience in contractor management and compliance
  • Strong knowledge of WHS, AFSS and fire safety standards
  • Ability to manage and mentor small teams
  • Hands-on and adaptable, with excellent stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience improving facility processes and systems
