About The Role:

This role is responsible for the coordination, planning and maintenance of Building and Facilities across the clients portfolio.


This will include:

  • Implementing and monitoring a maintenance and facilities schedule managing preventive maintenance, forecasting potential issues, generating orders and projects to ensure Plant and Facilities are maintained to a high level.
  • Ensure compliance of facilities, plant and maintenance activities against legislation, regulations and procedures
  • Manage the output of external contractors and trades in the delivery of building and place services, offering logistical and operational support as required to resolve issues and ensure the best outcome for the business.
  • Undertake regular inspections to help in the improvement and implementation of operational procedures, and to ensure agreed outcomes are achieved for the facility.


About the ideal candidate:

You will have worked in a similar role, and ideally have the following:

  • Worked as senior administration or business services officer that has had experience in facilities and maintenance/scheduling/worked with contractors and trades etc
  • Availability to work outside regular hours and/or be on-call
  • A current and valid NSW drivers licence
