ABOUT THE COMPANY

THE ROLE

  • Source and acquire investment properties for clients
  • Conduct market research & due diligence using RP Data / CoreLogic
  • Present property recommendations and manage client relationships
  • Build strong networks with agents, mortgage brokers & conveyancers
  • Contribute to business development & mentor junior staff when required

THE PERSON

  • Experience in real estate (buying, sales, or leasing)
  • Cert IV or Real Estate Licence (or working towards)
  • Confident communicator with strong client-facing skills
  • Comfortable working autonomously while hitting targets
  • Driven to build a long-term career in property investment
