An exciting opportunity has become available for an Assistant Buyer to join the sass & bide family in our beautiful Support Office in Alexandria.

You will be responsible for contributing to the achievement of sales and GP targets through assisting the management of the buy and all associated follow through activities to drive sell through.

**Supporting the head of merchandise, your key responsibilities will include**:

- ** **Sales order raising & maintenance, including liaising with all relevant internal and external departments
- Maintaining data integrity of the buy spreadsheet
- Preparing samples for weekly trade meetings, SWOT and sign off meetings
- Reporting on weekly best sellers and making recommendations on trade opportunities to the head buyer
- Prepare post seasonal review & general ad hoc reports
- Conduct store visits to share findings and monitor competitor activity to present findings quarterly
- Manage relationships and provide high levels communications to share between design, production, retail, VM and marketing teams

**We are seeking the following attributes**:

- Prior experience in buying or buying administration
- Acute attention to detail and ability to prioritise
- Experience with AP21 is advantageous
- Ability to develop and foster productive relationships internally and externally
- Be results driven with an enthusiasm to work both independently and collaboratively
