The role

As an Associate Buyer's Agent, you'll be the right hand to our senior team - learning the ropes of property acquisition while supporting clients through one of life's biggest milestones. You'll work closely with experienced Buyer's Agents, helping with research, client updates, property assessments, and negotiations, all while developing your own confidence in the field.

No prior real estate experience is required - just curiosity, drive, and great people skills. We'll provide full training, hands-on mentorship, and licensing support so you can grow into a fully qualified Buyer's Agent. You'll be learning fast, working directly with clients, and gaining real experience that sets you up for a standout career in property.

Day-to-day

  • Support senior Buyer's Agents across all stages of the property journey — from brief to settlement
  • Assist with property research, suburb analysis, and uncovering new on- and off-market opportunities
  • Communicate with clients, helping them stay informed and confident throughout the process
  • Liaise with agents to gather property information, schedule inspections, and track negotiations
  • Partner closely with the wider Peach team to deliver a seamless client experience
  • Learn the ropes of property acquisition through hands-on training and real client exposure
