Are you sick of working hospitality shift times while your friends are out socialising? Missing weekend events, sport and Sunday sessions?

While our industry usually requires direct experience – we are seeking a person with a positive attitude, basic computer knowledge, excellent customer service and organisational skills to join our work family – that doesn't necessarily need any direct experience.

With all on the job training provided – get your afterhours and weekends back and work a standard weekday roster to embark on a new career path in the Automotive sector for one of the most successful Automotive businesses in Queensland.

To succeed in this position, you will need strong time management skills and an unwavering commitment to customer service and best practice business procedures. Previous experience in a Service Department administration position will obviously be highly regarded.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Provide excellent customer and internal communication
  • A pleasant and professional manner in person and over the phone
  • Follow company and Manufacturer policies, processes and systems
  • Achieve dealership Customer Satisfaction requirements
  • Team oriented attitude – contribute toward solutions and team planning
  • Current driver's licence
  • Need to have the unrestricted right to work in Australia
