We're looking for a creative and enthusiastic Junior Graphic Designer to join our busy in-house marketing team. You'll be working alongside an experienced group with a wide range of skills, ready to support your growth and help you develop. To succeed, you'll thrive in a diverse, fast-paced environment, delivering excellence and approaching challenges with creativity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and produce a variety of print materials, including flyers, brochures, newsletters, signboards, and drop cards.
  • Create engaging digital assets such as EDMs, social media graphics, and online display banners.
  • Ensure all artwork is on-brand and consistent with Barry Plant's visual identity.
  • Work collaboratively with the marketing team, real estate agents, and office staff to deliver creative solutions.
  • Assist in preparing artwork files for print and digital publication.
  • Contribute ideas to campaigns and support the continuous improvement of marketing materials.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Ideally, 1–2 years' experience in a graphic design role (agency or in-house).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • A passion for cutting-edge design and a keen awareness of emerging trends.
  • Experience working with Canva, including creating templates.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clear and confident communicator, able to work closely with internal staff and external stakeholders.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
