About the role

Join our creative team at Clarke Films as a part-time Junior Graphic Designer. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the design and production of engaging visual content for feature films, based in the heart of Melbourne.

What you'll be doing

  • Collaborating with our design and marketing teams to create visually compelling designs for print and digital media in addition to designing on-screen props and signage.
  • Developing design concepts and other creative assets
  • Preparing files for print and digital production, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and technical specifications
  • Staying up-to-date with design trends and best practices to continuously improve the quality of our creative output

What we're looking for

  • 1-2 years of experience in a graphic design or creative role, preferably in the media or publishing industry
  • A keen eye for design, strong conceptual skills, and a passion for visual storytelling
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
