• Proven experience in graphic design, with a track record of delivering creative solutions
• Strong portfolio showcasing your creativity, versatility, and design skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Expertise in Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, and Photoshop
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• The ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality

Profile description:

Key Responsibilities

• Adapt creative concepts to the roll out of marketing collateral
• Ensure the consistent delivery of quality designs and concepts
• Providing the Creative Manager with status and progress reports of jobs
• Assist the Product Group Managers to establish quality print solutions to suit their product
• Demonstrate teamwork and commitment to working on team projects as well as individual tasks
• Compliance with all guidelines
• Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and aesthetic design concepts
• Designing and producing printed and online marketing collateral
• Maintaining and updating artwork in central shared library
• Producing print and web advertisements, signage, invitations and promotional flyers
• Mark up, paste, and assemble final layouts to prepare layouts for printer
• Draw and print charts, graphs, illustrations, and other artwork
• Review final layouts and suggest/implement improvements as needed
• Liaise with Head of Marketing and Creative Manager to discuss and determine layout design
• Prepare illustrations or rough sketches of material, discuss them with Product Group Managers and/or Head of Marketing and make necessary changes
• Study illustrations and photographs to plan presentation of materials, products, or services
• Prepare notes and instructions for suppliers who assemble and prepare final layouts for printing
• Assist in photography and videography where required

What You'll Bring

• Minimum 2 years work experience in graphic design, with a folio showcasing a range of print and digital work (e.g. brochures, signage campaign assets, web graphics)
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite - InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator as well as Premier Pro and a strong capability in producing accurate print ready and digital production files
• Demonstrated ability to interpret briefs, develop creative concepts and apply brand guidelines consistently across varied content and audiences
• Strong collaboration, communication and time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and deliver quality work in a team environment
