Junior Graphic Designer (Social & Motion)

Melbourne (Bayside) based | Hybrid 3 days in-office | WFH Wednesday & Friday

We're looking for a Junior Designer who's hungry to learn, fast on the tools, and ready to produce a high volume of work that looks sharp and inline with current trends. If you've got a solid grasp of social media trends, can create engaging visuals, and have some fabulous motion graphics work to show, this is your chance to grow with us.

What You'll Do

  • Roll out campaign creative across social, digital, and printed platforms
  • Set up artwork that meets platform specific requirements
  • Create quick, engaging motion graphics and basic animation
  • Stay on top of social media trends and apply them to campaign work and Red Crayons owned channels
  • Deliver high volumes of content without compromising quality
  • Collaborate with creatives, strategists, and account managers to bring campaigns to life

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years design experience (agency experience is a bonus, not essential)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Experience in motion/animation tools (After Effects, Premiere, or similar)
  • Awareness of current social media trends and formats (TikTok, Meta, etc.)
  • A folio that shows creativity, adaptability, and an interest in motion
  • Strong organisation and time management skills - you can juggle multiple projects at pace
  • Above all: passion, curiosity, and the drive to keep learning
