Charles Lloyd is a nationwide, full-service design and branding agency specialising in the property industry. We partner with Australia's leading estate agents, developers and institutional and private firms to deliver standout brands and campaigns that connect.

We're now on the lookout for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our growing creative team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their design career, eager to work across branding, digital and print in a fast-paced studio. You'll collaborate with experienced creatives, strategists and account managers to help bring property brands to life.

What you'll do

  • Assist in the development of brand identities, marketing collateral and digital assets for a range of commercial, corporate and residential property projects.
  • Support senior designers with rollout of creative across various formats - brochures, websites, signage, social media and more.
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy across all template-based artwork and design outputs.
  • Collaborate closely with the internal team to uphold high standards of service and creative delivery.
  • Prepare artwork for print and digital production.

What we're looking for

  • A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, preferably with 1-3 years of experience.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • A strong eye for layout, typography, and composition.
  • Enthusiasm to learn, take direction, and grow your skillset.
  • Great communication and time management skills.
  • A positive attitude and a team-first mindset.
  • Some knowledge or interest in property, architecture or real estate branding.
