About the role

Minuteman Press Box Hill is seeking a full-time Junior Graphic Designer / Digital Production /Wide Format/Finishing to join our dynamic team in Box Hill South, Victoria. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for providing end-to-end graphic design and production support to our clients in the printing and publishing services industry.

What you'll be doing

  • Designing marketing materials and print collateral for clients using the Adobe Creative Suite
  • Preparing and processing digital files for wide format printing and finishing
  • Operating digital printing and finishing equipment to produce high-quality print products
  • Providing exceptional customer service and acting as a key point of contact for clients
  • Collaborating with the broader team to ensure project workflows run smoothly
  • Continuously expanding your skills and knowledge to stay up-to-date with industry trends

What we're looking for

  • Certificate or diploma in Graphic Design or a related field
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
  • Experience with wide format printing, lamination, mounting and other finishing techniques
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask, work to deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment
