About Us: St Kilda Navy and Army Club is a long-standing community institution offering hospitality, dining, and gaming services in a relaxed, social setting. With a strong focus on member engagement and service quality, the Club is committed to continual growth and innovation in the hospitality industry.

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives that drive membership growth, enhance brand visibility, and increase revenue across our hospitality and gaming offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with the Club's objectives to increase revenue, visitation, and membership.

· Lead and coordinate the efforts of internal and external marketing teams (agency partner).

· Design and execute digital and traditional marketing campaigns to promote club events, dining, and gaming experiences.

· Monitor and report on sales performance against KPIs, using data analytics to drive continuous improvement.

· Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the hospitality and gaming industries.

· Manage member relationships, ensuring a high standard of customer service and satisfaction to encourage loyalty and referrals.

· Promote the Club brand through community engagement, targeted outreach, and event promotions.

· Collaborate with the Events team to market and coordinate club functions and special events.

· Oversee team development and training to enhance the overall effectiveness of sales and marketing functions.

Skills & Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or a related field.

· At least one year of relevant full-time experience in marketing or related field.

· Current RSA, RSG, and Victorian Gaming Licence

· Strong understanding of the hospitality and gaming industries is highly desirable.

· Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

· Knowledge of IGT, Gold Coin, and TAB systems is an advantage

· Understanding of the Returned & Services League's history and role in Australia is desirable
