
Administration Assistant

Hamilton Automotive Group are currently looking for a highly motivated, experienced Administration Assistant, reporting to the Managing Director and Dealer Principal. You will also provide administrative support to the Company Secretary.
The role offered is for full time hours, Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.30pm (negotiable) at our Somerton Park dealership.
The role will include:
- Coordinate the Managing Director's and Dealer Principal's calendar, including sending meeting requests, preparing agendas and background information;
- Prepare correspondence, reports and documentation on behalf of the principals.
- Manage and process electronic and hard copy written communications within organisational guidelines;
- Provide support to the Company Secretary to ensure governance requirements are met
- Fast and accurate processing of reports and presentations
- Ability to work autonomously
- Management of stationery, printing and supply requirements.
- Adhoc clerical duties as directed.
- Manage highly confidential personnel and company information.
- Organisation of staff travel
Essential Attributes:
- Automotive Experience would be advantageous.
- Experience with Pentana Solutions DMS highly regarded.
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role or senior automotive clerical role.
- Flexible attitude.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Well presented.
