About the Program
Joining our Federal Government client, this large Program is made up of three branches – the Program Management Office Branch, the Regulatory Enablement Branch, and the Technology Delivery Branch. Each Branch will work together to uplift the Agency's regulatory capability and capacity by designing, building, and implementing new processes, whilst resourcing the systems and tools to develop an agile ICT platform.
About the RoleWith 2x positions available, and working as part of a dynamic and fast-paced team, you'll be responsible for developing and delivering internal/external training products that will assist with stakeholders understanding their obligations in relation to significant regulatory reform and helping them learn how to use new ICT systems developed as part of the Program.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the design, development, planning and implementation of multi-channel and user-centred strategic communication activity.
- Develop innovative and engaging education content, instructional programs, workshops and training materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Design user-focused, accessible, digital learning content to be delivered as e-learning modules, videos, animations, podcasts etc.
- Work with subject matter experts to assist in scoping, storyboarding and preparing multimedia content.
- Assess stakeholder learning needs and then monitor and evaluate the efficacy of all education materials, products and instructional programs on an ongoing basis, to identify any improvement areas required.
Key Criteria
- Proven experience in the development, production and delivery of workplace training and assessment, and external stakeholder capability uplift, ideally within a regulatory setting.
- High standards of interpersonal communication and organisational skills – can identify and organise resources to achieve results.
- Experience producing education, communication and /or training strategies incorporating the principles of user-centred design and managing their successful implementation against identified KPIs.
- Strong writing, editing and proof-reading experience, combined with expert language skill, allowing you to create material that will inspire our internal and external stakeholders.
To be considered for this role, candidates must have a minimum Baseline AGSVA security clearance.
