Training & Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Implementation Specialist to join our exciting, fun, and growing Professional Services team of 12+. As a pivotal member, you will report to a Team Leader and play a critical role in enabling MYP to positively change the lives of people by giving them back time, control, and choice. You will achieve this by assuming responsibility for providing product training expertise to a wide range of client stakeholders.
The Job
- This role is suited to those who have had previous experience in a training role (Online and/or Face to Face, for those who have onboarded staff or assisted with the implementation of processes, new systems or workflows.
- This is a hybrid role with 2 work-from-home days and 3 days in our South Brisbane office.

Key Responsibilities
- Train: Deliver online and in-person software training courses to our clients. Develop deep expertise in MYP's products, modules, functions, and features. In your first 6 months focus on learning and understanding deeply the training content. Beyond 6 months, have an ongoing passion for learning and high-impact training initiatives as your expertise develops further.
- Report: Provide insights into learning design and content based on client feedback and experience.
- Design and Improve: Work with the Team Leader to design and create comprehensive and intuitive training content for new feature releases.
- Collaborate: As a growing and busy team, we are seeking someone who is like-minded in wanting to see great client outcomes through our work in client success at MYP. Someone who can share in our celebratory highs, and as we work through the day-to-day challenges.
- Empower: Drive outcomes that provide efficiencies and improvements in time management, control, and choice at the end user and their client level.
