What's the role?
The Business Support Coordinator is primarily responsible
for delivering comprehensive corporate travel administration support to
employees across the Monash IVF Group.
Responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate
and manage end-to-end travel bookings for corporate employees, including
flights, accommodation, ground transport, and travel itineraries. - Manage
travel bookings and logistics for employees participating in the Satellite
Program, ensuring alignment with project timelines and program-specific
requirements. - Ad
hoc administration tasks as directed by the Executive Assistant to CEO

- Previous
experience working in business administration or as a travel/bookings
coordinator - Highly
organised with excellent time management, attention to detail - Strong
interpersonal skills and the ability to build partnerships at all levels
of the organisation - Strong
verbal and written communication skills - Standard
negotiation skills - Demonstrated
ability to problem solve, and use own initiative to identify and follow
through on solutions; - Demonstrated
ability to work both individually and as part of a team - Competency
with Microsoft Office Suite
