About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Landscape Site Supervisor to join our clients growing team during an exciting phase of expansion. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who thrives outdoors, takes pride in high-quality work, and can confidently run a job site from start to finish. We need someone who can take charge on-site, coordinate trades, operate machinery, and deliver exceptional results across a range of landscaping and concrete pool builds.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage residential landscaping and concrete pool projects from excavation to handover
- Operate machinery including excavators (1.7T & 6T), skid steers, and trucks (MR/HR - desirable)
- Coordinate trades, apprentices, and labourers on-site
- Interpret construction and landscape plans
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and manage site logistics
- Deliver hardscape elements such as paving, decking, retaining walls, concreting, fencing, stone-works, tiling, turfing, form-works and irrigation
Skills & Experience Required
- 7+ year's experience in landscape construction (hardscapes) - essential
- Proven experience operating excavators - essential
- Pool installation experience - highly regarded but not essential
- Truck licence (MR or HR) - preferred, but not essential
- Certificate III in Landscape Construction - preferred
Experience in:
Paving, decking, retaining walls (brick & block), concreting, turfing
Irrigation, stonework, fencing, form-work, and tiling
Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Ability to read and interpret site and landscape plans
