WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING IN YOUR LANDSCAPE TRADESMAN ROLE

You'll play a key hands-on role in creating high-quality outdoor spaces across Sydney. Working as part of a supportive and experienced team, you'll bring plans to life — building structural landscape elements, installing softscapes, and delivering top-tier workmanship that meets our clients' expectations and enhances public and private environments.

YOUR GENERAL DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Reading and interpreting landscape plans and executing work to specification
  • Constructing retaining walls, paving, decking, timber structures, concreting, and other hardscape feature
  • Planting, turfing, mulching, and other soft landscaping tasks
  • Operating machinery and hand tools safely and effectively
  • Assisting with site preparation, levelling, and drainage
  • Ensuring a safe, clean, and organised site at all times
  • Working collaboratively with Supervisors and team members to meet project deadlines

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • Proven experience in landscape construction (2+ years preferred)
  • Trade qualification in Landscaping Construction
  • Strong practical knowledge of both hard and soft landscaping
  • Ability to read and work from landscape plans and drawings
  • Reliable, positive, and hard-working attitude
  • Strong awareness of site safety and quality standards
