About You

You will work as part of our Guest Services team to provide outstanding customer service to our valued guests. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, so a welcoming and enthusiastic attitude is a must You always put the customer first and pride yourself on providing first-class customer service. You are quick on your feet and are confident in making on-the-spot decisions to provide seamless experiences for our guests.

· Standard work hours are 10:00am-5:00pm

· Casual position with a view to permanent for the right candidate

Skills and experience

We are looking for someone with the following attributes:

· A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service

· Previous experience in a guest-facing role, ideally in a reception or concierge capacity within hospitality or tourism

· Minimum of 6-12 months guest-facing experience in hospitality or tourism is required

· Confident communication skills with a warm and professional demeanour

· A strong work ethic and the ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

· Well-groomed and professional personal presentation

· Flexibility to work weekends and peak visitor periods

· A passion for food and wine, and a willingness to expand your knowledge in both

· Experience using reservation or booking software systems

· Experience with any reservation or booking software system is required

· A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification

· Australian work authorisation is required for this position
