About the Role

As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations of the venue, ensuring exceptional guest service and seamless delivery of our food and wine offering. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fine dining environments, leads by example, and brings an expert understanding of food and wine pairing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing daily restaurant operations to the highest standard
  • Provide exceptional guest service, creating memorable dining experiences
  • Support, train, and mentor the front-of-house team
  • Collaborate closely with the culinary team to deliver premium food and wine pairings
  • Manage reservations, floor service, and guest engagement with attention to detail
  • Uphold compliance with service standards, health, and safety regulations
About You
  • Proven experience in a fine dining or premium restaurant environment
  • Strong wine knowledge, with the ability to recommend and pair wine confidently
  • A passion for delivering excellence in hospitality and customer experience
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • A hands-on, proactive approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
