Our well-established air conditioning company in Sandgate is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Administrator/Office Assistant/Receptionist to join our growing team.

About the Role:

This is an office-based position, Monday to Friday (no weekend work). Duties will include:

  • Reception and general administrative support
  • Meeting and greeting clients with a professional and friendly approach
  • Printing, scanning, and filing documents
  • Sorting and distributing correspondence (emails, letters, packages)
  • Data entry, record keeping and invoicing (experience with Xero preferred)
  • Assisting the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
