Admin/Office Assistant – Air Conditioning Company
Location: Sandgate, NSW
Monday- Friday (NO weekends)
Full time or Part time Role.

Our well-established air conditioning company in Sandgate is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Administrator/Office Assistant/Receptionist to join our growing team.
About the Role:
This is an office-based position, Monday to Friday (no weekend work). Duties will include:
- Reception and general administrative support
- Meeting and greeting clients with a professional and friendly approach
- Printing, scanning, and filing documents
- Sorting and distributing correspondence (emails, letters, packages)
- Data entry, record keeping and invoicing (experience with Xero preferred)
- Assisting the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
We're looking for someone eager to learn and develop professionally.
