If you're obsessed with TikTok trends, have a meme-worthy sense of humour, and know how to turn even a basic shirt into a viral moment, we want you on our team.


What You'll Do

This is your playground. You'll take the Evergreen aesthetic and personality and turn it into scroll-stopping content that actually makes people smile (and shop).

  • Create high-quality content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube & EDMs
  • Ideate, shoot, edit and produce Reels, Stories, behind-the-scenes clips and trend-based videos
  • Stay hyper-current with viral trends, audio, and formats-especially TikTok and Instagram Reels
  • Inject humour and personality into content whether that's in the script, the visuals, or the editing
  • Write captions and copy that sound like a real person (a funny one)
  • Manage the content calendar across organic platforms
  • Analyse performance and adapt based on what's working
  • Collaborate with influencers, stylists and creators who get our vibe
  • Pitch new ideas constantly - we're here for originality and boldness.

What You'll Bring

You're funny. You're fast. You get it. And more importantly, you know how to get everyone else to get it too.

  • Experience creating video-first content - ideally in fashion, lifestyle or creative industries (portfolio required)
  • Strong editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva or similar)
  • Sharp awareness of what's trending and what's about to trend
  • Strong visual storytelling and copywriting instincts
  • A naturally humorous, creative approach to content (self-aware, not cringe)
  • Organised, self-driven, and comfortable working independently
  • Passion for fashion and digital culture
