**The Role**:
We are seeking a **reliable and enthusiastic Casual Retail Assistant** to join our team at Tulua Home & Style. As a key part of our customer-focused team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while supporting the daily operations of the store. This role will also involve assisting with visual merchandising, showcasing our curated collection, and supporting social media efforts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring every customer feels valued and informed.
- Assist with the presentation and merchandising of luxury homewares, furniture, and fashion items.
- Support with social media content creation, ensuring our brand’s aesthetic is represented online.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization, ensuring the store is always welcoming and beautifully styled.
- Process sales transactions and manage stock levels.
- Work closely with the team to achieve store goals.

**What We're Looking For**:

- **Availability**: Flexible hours, including weekends (mandatory).
- **Reliability**: A dependable team player who shows up on time and delivers high-quality work.
- **Interior Design Knowledge**: A passion for home décor and a keen eye for design trends. Experience in interior design or styling is a plus
- **Social Media Savvy**: Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.) and an understanding of how to create visually compelling content.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine love for engaging with customers plus a positive attitude.
- Retail experience is essential
- Able to work on your own and in a team

**Hours/Days**:

- Approximately 2 plus days per week with possibility for more over summer and to cover holidays etc.
