The role

As someone who lives and breathes social media, the Senior Social Media Strategist will oversee full-service management of our senior-weighted organic social retainer clients. In this role, you'll keep your finger on the pulse of industry trends, ensuring strategies and content are always ahead of the curve.

You'll be responsible for

developing comprehensive client strategies, managing team workflows, and contributing to the agency's overall growth. With sharp communication skills and a solutions-first approach, you'll deliver best-in-class client management.

Confident and well-versed across all aspects of social media marketing, this client-facing role can be seen as an extension of the brand. A complete and holistic understanding of the social landscape is required with specialist knowledge in how to plan, execute, and optimise organic social media campaigns across the various channels

Key areas of responsibility

  • Client Management
    : You'll lead the management of senior-weighted social media clients, driving growth through strategic partnerships, high-impact campaigns, and consistent revenue delivery. You'll set client strategy and KPIs, oversee content planning and execution across platforms, collaborate with specialist roles, and run client comms - ensuring retention, measurable results, and new opportunities for growth
  • Growth & Optimisation
    : You'll onboard and grow client accounts by developing channel strategies, reviewing performance, and identifying new opportunities. Partnering with leadership, you'll support new business, resolve client issues, and deliver cross-platform social strategies that drive results and retention.   • Team:
    You'll support the social team, overseeing workstreams, WIPs, and individual development while fostering a positive culture. Working with leadership, you'll set targets, improve processes, integrate with other divisions, and ensure platforms, systems, and documentation run smoothly to deliver high-quality client outcomes.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years' experience in social media across fashion, beauty, retail, or lifestyle. You are fluent across all social verticals and their nuances, and have a deep understanding of how different content performs across different platforms.

You are an astute communicator with an organic ability to manage stakeholders of all levels. Highly responsive and resilient under pressure, you can balance strategic insight with strong communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
You love mentoring and guiding teams to deliver against client expectations, fostering growth, building confidence, and ensuring high-quality outcomes that exceed client goals.

You're passionate about crafting and driving holistic social media strategies, using data and performance to inform decisions. You inspire teams, delight clients, deliver outstanding results, and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
