Peninsula Hand Therapy is seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Administrator to lead and support our front desk team in Mornington. About the Role

This is a full-time leadership position where you'll be responsible for overseeing front desk operations, mentoring administrative staff, and driving a high standard of client service. You'll play a key role in coordinating the day-to-day activities of the front desk team while supporting and guiding your colleagues in a collaborative healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Be the Heart of Our Front Desk: Create a warm, welcoming environment for all clients, ensuring everyone feels seen and valued from the moment they walk through the door.
• Lead & Coordinate: Oversee daily administrative duties, manage a high volume of appointments, and handle multi-disciplinary booking schedules with ease.
• Administrative Excellence: Support clinic operations with billing, payments, and patient record management, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with our clinicians, supporting their schedules and ensuring they're well-prepared for each day.
• Mentorship & Support: Lead by example, offering guidance and training to junior administrators and providing backup as needed.

• Understands basic business practices, can assist with social media, and liaise well with external support teams.
