Foreshore Fencing is a small family operated business, operating throughout the Mornington Peninsula, providing all aspects of fencing to our clients.

Due to an increase in queries and expansion of our business we are looking for an Admin Star to join our team to help us grow the business to the next level.

Based in Rosebud, offering 4 – 5 days per week with the flexibility of school hours.

The role will include:

  • Providing efficient and friendly administrative support, including data entry, invoicing, and general office duties
  • Assisting the team by handling customer inquiries, processing jobs, and managing client/supplier relationships
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • Manage Accounts Reconciliation and Reporting
  • Answering calls and responding to client and supplier emails
  • Diary management site visit and job scheduling
  • Issuing / following up outstanding invoices
  • Full end to end job progress tracking
  • Excellent Time Management skills
  • General Administration & Administration Support
  • Excellent Written & Communication Skills
  • The ability to work autonomously & in a team environment
  • Contribute to process improvement
  • Supporting the wider team as required
  • Updating company social media posts

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within the fencing or construction industry  (ideal but not required)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with customers, suppliers and colleagues
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines
  • Experience in office software, such as Microsoft Office suite, XERO Accounting software and Tradify would be beneficial, however not essential
  • A proactive and customer-focused approach, with a keen eye for detail
  • Strong initiative to build and implement efficient processes and systems to help manage the overall business
