You will be Samsung Ambassador for your State ensuring sales targets are exceeded, product experience is perfect & development of strong business relationships at all levels in store and channel.

Reporting to the Head of Retail Enhancement and working as part of the larger Mobile Experience team, the State Field Manager is accountable for achieving the sales, market share, and advocacy and compliance targets by leading, envisioning, engaging, enabling and energising a large team of direct reports and key stakeholders within the state and at a national level.

You will lead a team to create collaborative business relationships that lead to sell out and market share growth with our respective retail partners, key licensees and franchise groups.

Your day-to-day

  • Lead, supervise and support the team by envisioning, engaging and enabling them to achieve their KPIs
  • Travel to observe direct reports in 'action' and provide instant and real time feedback in order to help to develop and grow the team
  • Track and coach the team to achieve the desired over and above results
  • Implement support tools including training programs, installation plans, quarterly mapping, development plans, productivity initiatives, account and territory planning methodologies and customer communication tools
  • Partner at senior level with local Managers and develop a mutual growth plan, execute to perfection sell in and sell out plans as needed by the business
  • Act as a point of contact for senior management, peers and wider Cheil and Samsung team especially L&D, Sales, HR and marketing to ensure business expectations are met

About you

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in successfully leading large teams
  • Experience in creating high performing teams
  • Ability to create strong data analysis and insights
  • Strong people management and leadership skills
  • Understands and has implements training methods and techniques used in training/adult learning/education/gamification.
  • A self-starter with exceptional people skills and an influencing style, you may have gained experience working in diverse multi-cultural backgrounds
  • High level verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills as relationship building and relationship management are high priorities within this team
