The Town Hall Hotel is a successful iconic Newtown community focused hotel. A late night all-rounder offering great bars, value bottle shop, strong gaming and a long tradition of supporting live music and the local community.

We are looking for someone now to be part of the TOWNIE TEAM. The role can be full time or casual we can be flexible on what works best for you. We can accommodate the newbie beginner wanting to start out in a supervisory role to the seasoned professional

This is a very hands on role, requiring involvement in the day to day operations of the business. You will be a leader of a ''family'' like crew, who prides themselves on building honest relationships with our guests, whilst producing a quality product served with a genuine smile.

You will work on rotating flexible weekly roster across days, mids and nights

We are searching for someone who strives towards the following key expectations

* Has a passion for the service industry and a desire to achieve beyond expectation for all guests

* Self Confidence, the highest communication skills and personable attitude

* Is a proactive team player and a has a strong solution focused work ethic

* Has the experience, ability and knowledge to positively and supportively manage a team within an established multi-level pub environment

* Strives for a detailed and high level of presentation across venue, product and team

* Exceptional and engaging customer service of a high standard and the ability to train and develop potential.

* Has an insight and familiarity with the local Newtown market and inner west community

* Operational and reporting experience across Cashing Up, TAB, Keno and Gaming CCU

* Current RSA and RSG
