This trendy hotspot is a hive of activity with weekend DJ sets, an elevated restaurant and an atmospheric courtyard – which combined, creates memorable experiences for our guests.

The opportunity has become available for an experienced Front Office Manager to bring their passion for service to our Front of House Operations and to drive a VIP experience for our guests.

The Role

As Duty Manager your role will be to manage the daily FOH operations for Oxford House and be the face of our Establishment.

Taking a hands-on approach, you will oversee housekeeping, reception, concierge, night audit and reservation sections ensuring the overall rooms division operation runs smoothly. Working collaboratively with all other department managers, including F&B, you will excel in creating a memorable experience for our guests. At Oxford House, our mission is to create a VIP experience for our guests.

Having worked in some of Sydney's best boutique or luxury hotels as a Front of House Supervisor or Duty Manager, you will be well equipped to hit the ground running. Hospitality and Guest service is in your DNA and you are passionate about what you do.
