Are you a people-focused leader with a passion for patient service and team development? North Adelaide Dental Care is seeking an experienced 
Senior Receptionist
 to take on a key role in our front office team.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and support junior reception staff
    , providing guidance, mentoring, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Drive patient satisfaction
     by creating a welcoming environment, handling enquiries with professionalism, and ensuring every patient feels valued and cared for.
  • Champion excellence

We're looking for someone who brings:

  • Previous experience in a senior or supervisory reception/administration role (dental or healthcare highly regarded).
