The Role

Crown is the ultimate destination for dining experiences, offering a wide range of options from casual to premium. There's something to suit every taste.

We're currently seeking passionate Chefs to join our team on a
6-month contract
. In this role, you'll create joyful moments through genuine care and connection, guided by Crown's Service Excellence —
Be Courteous, Connect, Create, and Care
— ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to elevated hospitality.

In this role, you will also:

  • Support the team in daily kitchen operations, including preparation and service.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of food safety standards and HACCP.
  • Thrive in a dynamic team environment with strong planning and organisational skills.

About You

You'll bring:

  • Previous experience in a premium, high-volume commercial kitchen.
  • Availability to work part-time across a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent.

Due to the demands of the role, including the required working hours and the continuous nature of the work, only individuals with full working rights will be considered.

To be successful, you'll need to be available to work across a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends, late nights, and public holidays.

Important:

When submitting your application, please ensure you upload a copy of your Certificate III in Commercial Cookery.
