What We're Looking For

Sous Chef

  • Proven leadership and kitchen management experience
  • Ability to support the Head Chef in overseeing day-to-day operations
  • Strong understanding of food safety, prep control, and team training
  • Creative flair to contribute to menu innovation

Chef de Partie (CDP)

  • Experience managing a section of the kitchen independently
  • Excellent knife and cooking skills with focus on timing and presentation
  • Ability to follow recipes and consistency in execution
  • Team-oriented mindset and strong time management

Commis Chef

  • At least 1 year of experience in a commercial kitchen
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong prep skills and attention to detail
  • Willingness to take direction and contribute to a positive kitchen culture
